We hope you are happy with everything you buy, however, if there is anything that does not meet your needs or expectation, you may return them to get a full refund (not include shipping fee) or exchange.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style/product, we suggest that you may return the original items for refund and place a new order.

RETURN PROCESS
- Email us at dhcard@hotmail.com to inform us of your intention to return the item(s) with related information: order number, product code/name, reason for return, and demand of refund or exchange.
- Return the goods within 30 days of receipt, in unused condition and with original packaging, along with a completed return form. (You may download the form here.)
- A full refund will be issued to your payment account once we receive the returned items.
- Refunds do not include any postal/shipping or handling charges, and returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address. Please make sure items are returned in its original packaging to ensure they are well protected. Any items that are damaged when received will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
